Orders

You order your goods through our web shop, by phone or an e-mail message. Customers under 18 years of age require guardian permission. All consignments abroad must be paid as cash on delivery.

Prices

All our prices include Swedish VAT with 25 %. We reserve the right to change prices, specifications and conditions without prior notice. As a customer you should take part of our purchase conditions before ordering. The prices and conditions at the time of the order are always valid.

Cash on delivery

No additional fees will be added and your order will be handled as top priority. The sum of the order will be deposited at our bank account when we have confirmed the order. If the time of delivery for any reason is prolonged we will agree on time of payment. When we have registered your payment we will send your order as soon as it’s complete. Always state your name or order number in connection with the bank transaction.

Warranty

We offer a life time warranty for our products to the first owner. The warranty also includes normal wear and tear. However the warranty doesn’t extend to incorrect usage of the goods. Examples of this are usage of improper solvents, varnishes or by/after modifying our products. If you have purchased any of our products second hand we undertake to repair it at a reasonable price and we always propose a cost estimate before we begin repairing. If you decline our cost proposal we debit you the actual return freight fee.

Withdrawal right

You are entitled to withdraw from the order within 14 days after having received the delivery, according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The product may not have been used and must be returned complete, undamaged and in original condition. The purchaser is responsible for the product being returned in such packaging that the product is not damaged during freight and is responsible for all freight costs, including contingent insurances. Delivery and time of delivery

The goods are normally sent by mail as a certified mail. Normally the time of delivery is 1-7 days after receiving payment for goods in stock ready for delivery. For other goods ordered we estimate a time of delivery when receiving the order.

Freight cost

All consignments are sent without cost to the customer. Accordingly it’s Emanuelson reels that answers for freight costs and contingent insurances. Reels are sent within EU and to Norway without cost while reels, accessories and spare parts to a final destination outside the European Union are debited on agreement.

Damaged goods and returned certified mail

If you detect damage to your consignment you shall report this as soon as possible where you pick up the delivery and set up an insurance claim. Damaged goods shall not be accepted but returned immediately to us. If you detect damage after unpacking and it can be considered being due to freight conditions you shall contact the place of delivery and set up an insurance claim. If you don’t pick up your consignment before it’s returned to us you will be debited for return freight and the actual fee for any second consignment.

We reserve ourselves for any factual errors on our website and the picture’s exact representation of the actual appearance of the product.

Personal data

We guarantee that no personal data such as e-mail address, name, address or phone number are disclosed to any third parties.
